• •Usage analytics — aggregated page views and interactions, only when analytics consent is given

Service Providers (Sub-processors)

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the site. They process your data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with GDPR.

• •Supabase — account database, authentication, real-time chat (EU-region storage)
• •Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the website
• •Cloudflare R2 — storage for guide photos and tour images
• •Resend — transactional email (account confirmation, password reset, booking notifications)
• •Google — OAuth sign-in (only when you choose "Continue with Google")

Your Rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Sign in and visit your account page — the "Delete account" button hard-deletes your profile, bookings, conversations, and reviews. To export your data or for any other request, email us at hello@gotravelchina.com.
