Impression West Lake (Yinxiang Xihu) is an outdoor theatrical performance directed by Zhang Yimou using West Lake as its stage. 10 rotating performance areas spread across the lake, with 500 performers in traditional costumes, and the surrounding hills and pagodas as backdrop. The 40-minute show tells the story of the Leifeng Pagoda legend using water, light, and dance.
