Tianzi Mountain
Tianzi Mountain — the most dramatic viewpoint over Zhangjiajie's pillar landscape
Intro
Tianzi Mountain (Son of Heaven Mountain) offers the most expansive panoramic views of Zhangjiajie's sandstone pillar landscape. At 1,262 metres, the mountain plateau looks out over hundreds of pillars stretching to the horizon. The area is characterised by dramatic seasonal weather — low cloud in the valleys creates the most spectacular floating mountain effects. The Helong Park area of the mountain has the finest viewpoints.
