Intro
Jinli Ancient Street is a 350-metre pedestrianised lane adjacent to the Wuhou Shrine, styled after a Han and Three Kingdoms era street. It is one of Chengdu's most popular evening destinations — lantern-lit, full of street food stalls, craft shops, and teahouses. Try the tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), mapo tofu skewers, and rabbit head (a Sichuan speciality). Best visited after dark when the lanterns are lit.
