Wuhou Shrine and Jinli — Three Kingdoms history meets ancient street atmosphere
Intro
Wuhou Shrine (Wuhou Ci) is the most important memorial site to the heroes of the Three Kingdoms period (220-280 AD) in China. Dedicated to Zhuge Liang, the legendary military strategist of the Shu Kingdom, and Liu Bei, its emperor, the complex is a beautifully preserved collection of temple halls, cypress trees, and sculpture galleries. Adjacent Jinli Ancient Street is a lively reconstruction of a Song Dynasty commercial street.
